About Us

Hello There! I'm Nichole, the trip planner and creative mind of Passports and Playtime. I currently live in Chicago with my beautiful family. My most favorite place in the world is sitting on an island, listening to the ocean waves while reading a good book. I love traveling and seeing the world through different lenses. I truly believe that education is everywhere, even at the beach!

I hold an MEd. in education and have been an educator for over ten years. I have a passion for engaging our youngest learners in fun engaging activities that support literacy and math development. The pandemic taught me that learning doesn't only take place at school. I truly believe that education is everywhere, even at the beach!

I am the mother to three amazing and spunky daughters. These three are the face of Passports and Playtime. They love traveling the world, just as much as their mother. They enjoy learning about new cultures, countries and languages. The girls love the learning they do before they travel to a new country. It elevates the experience for them by having background knowledge and knowing what to expect before they arrive. They are fun girls, full of energy, imagination and curiosity.
